Resources
West Heaton Tennis Club is an LTA Registered venue which means the LTA endorses and supports the Tennis Programme we deliver on court and the policies and procedures we have in place off court. All key documentation, including our policies on equality, diversity, health, safety, child protection and codes of practice are available for all members to read both here on our website and in the file held in the Clubhouse.
Safeguarding and diversity
West Heaton is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all its members.
The club believes that it is important that members, coaches, administrators and parents/guardians associated with the club should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others.
Members are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with our safeguarding officer.

We have adopted the guidance from the Lawn Tennis Association but for the purposes of West Heaton all these policies and documentation refer to ALL aspects and sections of the Club, not only Tennis, to ensure full inclusivity.

Please read these policies before taking any action.
