All year round West Heaton has a variety of tennis tournaments on offer to our members.
Opening Day Tournament
Saturday 1st April 1.30pm
Entry: £3.50, limited entry, register before the day
Social tournament open to adult players of all levels plus nominated juniors. Mixed doubles format, changing partners, sliding handicaps. Welcome from our new President at 12.45pm. Afternoon tea from 3.30pm.

President’s Day Tournament

Singles Ten point Tie Break Tournament
Saturday 12th August
Men: 10.00am
Women: 1.00pm
Entry: Limited entry, register before the day,
Cost: Donation on the day to the Presidents Charity
Singles tie break to ten round robin format with semis and final. Intermediate level and above.

Legends Tournament
Sunday 20th August 1.00pm
Prize: Legends Cup Entry: £3.50, limited entry, register before the day
Social tournament open to adult players of all levels over the age of 60 years. Mixed doubles format, changing partners, sliding handicaps.

Annual Club Tournament
30st August - 17th September
Prize: Trophies for all categories Entry: £4 per competition or £10 for all three
Men’s & Women's Singles/Handicapped Men’s, Women's & Mixed Doubles events. Look out for entry information in July. Open to adult players of all levels plus nominated juniors. Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th are finals afternoons.
Entry opens: 1st August (sign up details will be clarified by club email near the time)

West Heaton Invitation Mixed Doubles Tournament
Sunday 8th October 3.00pm
Prize: Invitation mixed Doubles Cup Entry: £3.50, invitation only
1st team captains invite 8 of their best available players to team up to challenge one another for the cup.

Winter Mixed Doubles Tournament
November – February
Prize:Trophies for finalist and winners Entry: £5 per person
Mixed Handicapped event which stretches throughout the winter period. Open to adult players of all levels plus nominated juniors. Groups and Knockout format.

Mens Entry Open: 9th October
